We are pleased to introduce the first issue of the Zambia Interdisciplinary Journal of Education (ZIJE). The first issue has 6 articles covering policy in inclusive education, career guidance services in secondary schools, emotional intelligence among school head teachers, and quality assurance among school teachers.
